I am a little disappointed in the lack of engagement in the debate... but only a little. I'd still rather have quiet than the drama we had last time, and the stats on the election page suggest we're going to get about the same percentage of engagement in the election as we did last time.

is there a term duration? Does it work like a presidency? or is whoever elected get to be the moder indefinitely?

Is it possible for me to change my choices once after I click them? (I am afraid so I haven't clicked any button yet)

Is it possible to see choices of others in a chart? Who has most votes and such? or is it 100% confidencial?

@BlueBug There are no term limits; when you're elected, you're elected until you resign. Or get kicked out for doing something terrible, I suppose.

@BlueBug Specific votes (who voted for who) are never made public. Aggregate voting data (how many votes happened) is. For example, the data from the last election is downloadable here: gamedev.stackexchange.com/election/2

@BlueBug Elections happen when a site graduates to transition from appointed beta mods to elected community mods. They happen whenever they are deemed neccessary by the current moderators or SE staff after that.
