@Eric I just can't imagine anyone being that interested in tickling that they would consider themselves an expert in it and actively participate in a dedicated site for a prolonged period of time. However, I did manage to find a few blogs dedicated to tickling (mostly sexual) so there might be a bit of a community there.
It's nowhere near as big as the beard communities on the internet, though, and Facial Hair is already a pretty niche topic, so I really don't see this site succeeding or getting many more followers.
@LoganM Most "experts" in tickling are either full-time parents or carefree children. Or sexual deviants. I don't think any of those groups are likely to accumulate on a Q&A site.

@Eric Marijuana is legal in some places, but SE doesn't want to get involved in a site related to growing marijuana because the legal complications simply aren't worth it. The medical marijuana proposal is still open though.
In fact, I think that in the U.S. growing marijuana is illegal everywhere by federal law. There are states which have legalized it, but the federal law is still in effect so even in those states you can still get arrested if the federal government decides it wants to get you. There have been a number of cases like that recently.

lol the Facial Hair proposal got a close vote as NAVP, while far less viable proposals don't have any. All things considered that's probably a good thing because it will attract more attention.
