@forest Goku would utterly die agains KIRA because he would be stupid enough to give him an autograph "on his black signature collection notebook", if you really want to take "preparation" into account.
so it would only take someone smarter than Goku. And... that is a pretty low requirement.
I mean, if we follow Dragonball average logic, no one even TRIES to evade an attack if they think they are more powerful.
Even if that ancient reader mail suggest that they could "just evade", Goku would probably die to anyone who actually took some time to learn the Akkumaitokosen
In the Railgun anime's second season, episode 16, starting at 19:20, Misaka is visiting Touma with homemade cookies in appreciation for saving her sisters by defeating Accelerator. After some classic tsundere-style failure to communicate, when Touma is about to leave (at 20:14), saying "Jaa na, B...
I assume that even if he remembered the technique, he wouldn't still try to avoid it if the user looks weaker.
@Memor-X it is not "reform". He simply does not care about consequences if he gets to fight stronger foes. He is not a blind "everyone can change" guy that believes anyone deserves a second, third, fourth, # chance.
@Memor-X I meant that you would get angry if I forgot the Neptunia cast in the "overpowered" list.
@Memor-X Isn't Goddess Madoka actually even no longer material?
I mean... she basically has reached pure concept level, being part of the rules themselves.
That said, Goku probably has a special power tier crafted just for him by Toriyama / Toei.
level "G(oku)" - power level escalates to emulate whatever anime character is risking to be stronger than him, getting new powers as required.
So, Goku VS Madoka would probably just become a new, never seen before Future True Mastered Super Sayan God Blue Evolved Berserk Omen Potential Unlocked Instinct "Always one more than you"
MC reincarnated into peaceful world ane got killed by a bear along with his sistee. Then the MC got reincarnated again in more darker and violent world.
and that is without taking in account that Dragonball power levels are more about "looking cool" that "being coherent" - and by now that is no longer a choice but a mere necessity.
Battle of Gods "Super Sayan God (red)" Goku is portrayed in a way that makes him look far stronger than when the form is used again. The punches impacts causing shock-waves that would destroy the entire universe was such an exaggeration that they simply HAD to forget that afterward. Otherwise you fall into the absurdity that Goku and his foe can't ever fight at full power in any "normal" location
so any future battle should have the fighters "hold back" to a point where it would no longer make sense that anyone could win.
Trad: you are so powerful that now the universe collapses if you simply burp, you and your foe have to punch each other as weak as you can to not cause the next Big Bang... and somehow you still get hurt?
Mind you, that is a problem many shonnen have, but obviously Dragonball extreme power levels take it to the extreme consequences.
@SPArcheon they aren't that overpowered, super powered yeh but they don't get that unless they are in HDD, otherwise their hobbies will get in the way (Vert and her games, Lady Blanc and her books, Noire and her Cosplay and Nep Nep and her pudding)
@SPArcheon when she's fully powered yeh, but when stripped of her power she is very much apart of the material world
even after regaining her power following the destruction of HOMULILY's Labyrinth she wasn't 100% which allowed Homura to interfer, disrupt the universe enough to re-enter what i call the Room of Origin
@SPArcheon at some point Dragon Ball is either going to end or they are going to do a reboot
and we also discover that Vegeta is a (probably Korean) FTP player while Goku is a whale that spends thousand $$ in exp booster and that's why he always was stronger. :P
@Memor-X BTW, when Goku is not looking he can be hurt by a "common" laser handgun.
But, seriously, why am I talking about Goku when we should just focus on Madoka instead?
The manga is a comedy about a demon lord that banishes his daughter to earth and she ends up living in an apartment building owned by a bored Rich dude. I remember one of the tenants is a woman who tries to seduce the landlord to get his riches
@UnrelatedString and also i think at the time it was announced Gen Urobochi was writing for Thunderbolt Fantasy Season 3. need to check the status of that

The second halves of the first two seasons of A Certain Scientific Railgun seem to contain content not seen in the manga. Are they considered filler and thus not canonical to the overall plot of the Raildex Universe? In particular, I am asking whether the Silent Party Arc and the Poltergeist Arc ...
