Any deal pixel component that will show up light a sore thumb.

Though it does feel like shit that I had to return an otherwise perfectly good $300 monitor.

Not sure what they'll do with it. Knowing Costco, they might put it back on the shelf and see if the next buyer doesn't mind.

But if it goes back to the manufacturer, it'll probably get tossed.

I have a dead pixel on my laptop as well (dead blue component). But it's off to the side. I also online ordered it and didn't discover it until several weeks later when I tried coding on it.
