@Darjeeling Hitomi really is a pitiable character in her own right. She probably never meant to hurt Sayaka, but simply never realized just quite what it was that she was doing because she was never fully informed. Sometimes I wonder if the main timeline continued on, how she'd have responded to Sayaka having gone missing. I mean, at the start of the show, they're practically best friends.

@Tonepoet i seem to recall their teacher saying something about Hitomi when she was talking to Madoka's mother around the same time Sayaka's body was discovered

and i think there was a funeral too. i seem to recall one

Seems rather strange that events could transpire so quickly too. I mean, wasn't it only a few days until Walpurgis arrived?

@Tonepoet remember that Sayaka went missing before hand, don't know how long she wasn't at home but i think i think it was a day or two after Sayaka witched was when they fought Oktavia then it was another day when they found the body in the hotel (may have been Homura tipping the police)

@Memor-X Yeah, but I'd still estimate that it could've only been a week at the most. Still, if they recovered the body, then I suppose it makes sense.

it was during the scene where Madoka's Mother says how Madoka was so open to her in the past and they were so close but now she believes Madoka is hiding something
