can't boot from usb to install windows 8.1

one possible solution is to try another usb stick that is not kingston datatraveler 2.0

why so hard to do clean install of windows?

tried disabling secure boot

there was no fast boot option

boot order is usb first

@Gao you can try using Virtual Box to make the partition bootable and then copy over the installation files to that partition

@Gao there's always that chance, so make sure you've got access to another pc to make a different bootable usb in case you mess up this one

or better make sure you have at least one live os usb (bootable os which lets you browse internet and make a new bootable usb) before you attempt to do anything with your working bootable os

@Memor-X My memories of X/1999 are pretty dim but I don't remember a single yuri couple in that series. Every couple I remember is man/woman and then I think there was a character who was in love with her computer (that had metal tentacles).
