You could just navigate to the tutorial folder localy, and open it by opening the scene file. Tends to work better

I've shuffled mine around a few times myself.

From reading the questionnaire, I don't agree with everyone else on all the issues, but I think everyone is a reasonable choice. Even some of the candidates that I was lukewarm on showed me they can do a good job.
