Q: What will happen if Ichigo died in human body?

Q: What is the difference when a jutsu is performed by weaving only some of it's seals and when performed by weaving all of them?

TobiWell, I noticed that plenty of times ,for instance Itachi performed the great fireball jutsu sometimes with one hand seal and some other times with all the ones necessary

@Sakamoto the question is poorly written but I kinda understand the guy's point. like, what will happen to his soul, etc

@Frosteeze this about the referendum for if England leaves the EU?
yep
Australian markets are already tanking
in case you werent concerned :P
@Frosteeze wont be just australia since when it was speculated Greece would leave the EU they was unstable
but anyway, it's a referendum, the current government doesn't want to leave so there has to be a new election and for the opposition to get in in order for it to actually happen
all the referendum does is set the grounds for a new election should people side against the government
and anyway to be fair i've seen aud to gbp sit on 0.45 before. currently it says it's 0.55 which is good and aud to usd is sitting in the 0.70's as expected. just that aud to jpy is in the 70's as well which isn't all that bad but now i can't be using the 100 yen = $1 aud estimate
now enough of that. time for figures of Harbor-mama
05:42
well it's snowing where i am. and that's a big thing since i am too low for snow to actually develop and generally we just get sleet

@ton.yeung: Never have. I never quite had the energy to learn how to do the uploads properly.
@ton.yeung how do you mean?
@ton.yeung ahhh. well it's just because it's what people uploaded. i have nothing against seeing some guys getting posted or screenshots from anime but someone just needs to upload it
Huh, were I in chat more (and less occupied with other matters) then, I might be convinced to download the scripts and software and do some uploads.
@ton.yeung and upload then and provide thumbnails which can be easy to create using imagemagik
@ton.yeung the list of image urls that people have been submitting are generated by them and the instructions detail how to rename the files to random names and create their thumbnails with the _thumb suffix to the names and generate the file list
i think you can skip making _thumb images but then @Taisho is posting fullsized images. the _thumb just make them quicker to load

Yeah, now we're gonna have loads of border control, taxes and trade problems :(

they have the same political system as us, their party will just install a new PM
@Quill i thought that only happens when the PM gets stabbed in the back by a member of his or her own party
or at least that's how it's worked the past 5 years
still, if there is no new election then there is still no guarantee the government will follow through with the results. sure it's political suicide to ignore the results of a referendum but it's also political suicide to say "there will be no carbon tax in a government i lead" and then introduce a carbon tax

UK leave EU? what happen ?
a referendum
@SeptianPrimadewa a vote of whether they should or not, leave won the vote so from what i heard on the news the government are preparing to leave but there is a crap ton of work. trade treaty's have to be re-negotiated, the economy needs to be set up to now no longer rely on the EU
at least 2 years before they actually leave

@Memor-X sure hope so

oh yeh. just worked out the key to bypassing the limits RPG Maker XP imposes with it's database. the same practice should work in any RPG Maker which implements any version of RGSS. now instead of being stuck with 999 items or 999 enemies i can as many as i want.
all the code is dynamic, it'll work with any number of entries, it's just that Enterbrain restricts the UI to only be set to a max of 999 entries and make the database files unreadable with a text editor
at that point I think you might be better off with a custom game engine
but if that works for you, ok I guess
@Hakase yeh but then i have to go though making the whole RPG Architecture which i do plan on doing in Unity later on
also RPG Maker MV appears to be both Mobile and Steam Compatible (ie. you can develop games for both) so if anyone is looking for the means to make RPGs without having to code up the architecture from scratch Enterbrains RPG Makers are generally a good choice

Q: Was Mamimi involved any of the Arsons?

WallyMamimi plays the game "Firestarter". The game's goal heavily involves arson. Was Mamimi involved in any real arsons that happened in the city? If yes, was she also involved in the arson that she claims Naota's brother saved him from?

@Memor-X if you're okay with all the walls you'll hit with RPG maker (I've been there) you can still go for it, but I'd recommend from experience to just use Unity and purchase a starter kit from the asset store: assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/15552
there are many starter kits for different genres and variations
unity is nice
I thought that it would be easier to prototype in RPG Maker, at least back in 2000, but was sorely mistaken :(
@CuddleBunny i've torn down some of the walls. i can go beyond 999 for most stats. all the interpreter commands i can re-script within minutes to be compatible with databases greater then 999 records and with Blizz-ABS i have a good realtime combat system with nice enemy AI
though that starter kit looks good
i'll build Nexis Core in RPG Maker XP and then i'll build Nexis Core: Nex-I Rebirth in Unity if i can get enough support
13:10
yeah, I bet MV is much more flexible, I tried to make a game like Star Ocean in RPG Maker 2000....
i plan to move onto Unity when i go to build Chomium Core which is the Advance Wars like games i talked about a while ago but you can build bases
@CuddleBunny RPG Maker XP was the first in the series to have a scritping system. 2000 and 2003 didn't have any
XP uses Ruby/RGSS
VX uses Ruby/RGSS2
VX Ace uses Ruby/RGSS3
MV uses Javascript and HTML

i hope there is also voices
@Yuuki it's a government conspiracy for that
@Memor-X I could edit code in 2k, but there wasn't as much of it to edit
I had to script the battle system
@CuddleBunny that's new to me. i first got into 2003 and checked out 2000 for the sake of it and didn't see a scripting engine like what XP has
it was Ruby still like XP, but it was way buried
maybe I wasn't supposed to find it? XD
14:05
@CuddleBunny possibly. it would seem strange that it was just obscure in 2000 and removed in 2003
I've never used 2003, it coulda been in there too
@CuddleBunny i used 2003 alot back in high school and i never saw it. and then there is this
"Natively, RM2k and RM2k3 don't support scripting, everything had to be done with events (and yet custom battle systems and menus could be done). Extensions like the famous Ineluki key patch used a custom harmony.dll and/or RPG_RT.exe to inject custom code into the game."
unless your confusing the events as programming in which case it's very simplistic and to do things like loops was very hacky
might be
it was over ten years ago now
I don't recall having to patch anything though
also people keep flagging this

Also, I hope Nigel Farage is loaded into a cannon and fired directly into the centre of the sun.
who's Nigel Farage? pro-leave?
@Memor-X The leader of the UKIP party, the guys who started the Leave campaign in the first place.
Not just pro-Leave, the pro-Leave.
14:12
@Yuuki so either anti-leave supporters are getting just as violent as what pro-leave supports would have been if they lost......or @tosh was right and no one really thought about what they were doing when they voted
@Memor-X To be fair, UK leaving the EU has massive worldwide implications.
Most of them really bad.
it might be comparable to the Springfield Election in the Simpsons with Sideshow Bob running for Mayor and everyone was Homer. "hmmm, i'm not sure about this Kill Bart Policy but i do like the sound of that Kill Patty policy"
In fact, with the UK leaving the EU, it's entirely possible that there won't be a UK a few years down the line.
@Memor-X This is what happend IMO. People voted for politcs, not the ideas and consequences behind
14:15
hopefully we will get northern ireland back
@ToshinouKyouko hopefully
@Yuuki and no one thought about that? did no one learn anything from the fears of Greece leaving the EU
and who knows, maybe even a celtic union with scotland
@Memor-X But muh immigrants...

14:16
@Yuuki just to what Trump says he's going to do and build a dam wall and have like one door to it
isn't there a county now doing that?
@Ikaros No arguments with that
@Memor-X Rebuild Hadrian's Wall?
@Yuuki is that Germany and you're just using another name for it
Scotland calling for new independence vote, N. Ireland for unification. Cameron may have broken EU & UK in one blow #Brexit
Scotland will go for independence. N.Ireland will go for independence. And we will be completely and utterly alone.
@Memor-X Hadrian's Wall is/was a wall built by the Romans to protect the Roman settlements from the British tribes.
Hadrian's Wall (Latin: Vallum Aelium), also called the Roman Wall, Picts' Wall, or Vallum Hadriani in Latin, was a defensive fortification in the Roman province of Britannia, begun in 122 AD in the reign of the emperor Hadrian. It ran from the banks of the River Tyne near the North Sea to the Solway Firth on the Irish Sea, and was the northern limit of the Roman Empire. It had a stone base and a stone wall. There were milecastles with two turrets in between. There was a fort about every five Roman miles. From north to south, the wall comprised a ditch, wall, military way and vallum, another ditch...
@Yuuki oh....well yeh
14:20
@ton.yeung Yeah, Brexit happening is making me more worried about Trump actually becoming President.
we have @matt
but he isn't around
@ton.yeung And I live in the UK too, though I'm not a brit or able to vote :P
@ton.yeung america is slowly infecting europe
@ton.yeung I was under the impression the Brits really hated Trump, actually.
@ton.yeung I'm at home, so I don't know
I'm a bit shocked myself, though
More than I expected to be, actually
@Yuuki Also, this
@ton.yeung Likely. The leave campaign was using ignorance, fear and lies to its advantage, from what I could tell
14:33
i get the impression that @JNat left the US to get away from trump like values.....which seemed to follow him
@Memor-X I was in Portugal before, not the US :P
Though the US is maybe my next stop
HAMMERTIME!
unless Trump wins, of course
@HoiHoi-san thanks ;)
Anyway
Still hoping the worst possible outcome does not happen
does this brexit thing and trump becoming president fall under horseman of the apololypse? or the seals that keep satan or lucifer in hell?
It very well might
14:37
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@ton.yeung I used to think that about Brexit.
^^ this
I agree, he's been shooting himself in the foot since he won the nomination. Makes me wonder if the theory that he is sabotaging it for a Democratic victory is more plausible.
I think the leave party of the Brexit just had stronger appeal to those that don't understand how things work
It's really the exact same thing. Trump becoming President and Brexit both have massive negative implications for the US and UK respectively. Both are largely supported by far right-wing nationalists and feature strong anti-immigrant, anti-"outsider" thinking.
and the majority of people don't underrstand how things work.
14:39
@ton.yeung she sleeping with a butler and lying about it to congress?
Both capitalize on stoking fear and ignorance about the real issues and consequences.
i thought remain would be 100% a landslide
but iw as wrong
I read in the news that the fact that it rained heavily in London yesterday actually meant a lot of people ended up not voting... Which is just...
If Brexit can happen, President Trump is a very real and scary possibility.
I thought remain would be a landslide, until I heard the arguments from the leavers.
@JNat isn't London like Seattle though?
14:40
@CuddleBunny I don't know how Seattle is :P
always raining
@Yuuki Sadly, it was already a possibility a while ago
@CuddleBunny Not really, no
Not a lot of sun, and always cloudy
but not always raining
@ton.yeung still, you know people, even a hint of it and she'll be branded like to be just like her husband
true that, I bet at least 30% of the folks that wanted to leave voted, and only 10% of those who wanted to remain.
the most hilarious part
14:42
@JNat they probably used that as an excuse, saying that it was too wet and this in day of age there is no internet voting system to do it at home
is that the leavers touted anti-immigration, citing Syria, but Syria is in the EU. So it doesn't even matter...
@CuddleBunny one of the arguments i heard from TV was some guy saying that they wanted to be in control with their immigration policy like Australia making me think that Syria in the EU might have helped with their point
@CuddleBunny Syria is not in the EU... I think
The Syrian Arab Republic and the European Union (EU) have signed two agreements between each other. However, due to the Syrian government's crack down on its opposition, the EU is imposing an embargo on Syria. The EU has begun to support the opposition Syrian National Council and calls for the present government to stand down. In March 2012, two EU member states, namely Italy and the Netherlands, closed their embassies in Damascus. == Agreements == In 1977 the EU and Syria signed a Cooperation Agreement which governs relations. Syria is also a part of the EU's Union for the Mediterranean ...
> In 1977 the EU and Syria signed a Cooperation Agreement which governs relations. Syria is also a part of the EU's Union for the Mediterranean (and previously the Barcelona Process) and the European Neighbourhood Policy - but does not fully benefit pending the application of the EU-Syria Association Agreement which was signed in 2009.

I don't see any crazy mem leaks on firebug
I don't use Firebug anymore, the included dev tools are better
I usually debug in IE/Edge though, because those are my favorite dev tools
@ton.yeung you mean like feature differences between FF dev and FF release?
FF included dev tools are at least as good as Chrome's
oh, FF will always render like FF yes
you might want to if you're using a lot of cutting edge stuff
they can live side-by-side like Chrome/Canary
same principals apply, any brand new features that hit dev edition are at least a month out from release edition
just like canary
I've gotta support Firefox 31 ESR though, so no shiny new FF features for me.
