from what I understood, she sometimes starts behaving differently from before, and it's kinda like multiple personalities disorder

I thought I saw 3 distinct personalities total

all of this is to unlock the Taiji, which is protected by reality boundary. Once you unlock the Taiji, you unlock the origin of the universe, knowledge, etc. and become all powerful

so that's my understanding of the series

i mean there were some other stuff, but that's main gist of it

I don't remember the later times very well, so I might be mixing up a few bits, but I think at the end (chronologically) her two personalities merged together into a new one and it got even weirder
