@ToshinouKyouko maybe but this script is ment to check which ones i have missed out of the list i have dowbloaded. these include ones which had weird characters in the name that windows hates and i couldn't backup when i messed up my hard drive. which ones had the same named folder and thus i ended up downloading duplicate files (like K-On i've downloaded that like 27 times) and folders which i had created with a name ending with a space which windows does not preserve

Q: In episode 2 why is 'baka' captioned with "Dick Suck"?

That's true, but the point is, you can't generalize one set of rules for all questions. There have been many more image identification questions which were closed as containing very little details, but in fact, the image was all that was needed. So, they were reopened after that.

You have to make exceptions for certain cases. That's what I want to say.

After all, one doesn't judge a fish by it's ability to climb trees.

i want to know how the Al-Bhed language works in it since in the English version it was a one-to-one match with the English alphabet but i can't imagine that would be the same in the japanese version

i would ask it on the main site but i think it borders too close to maniacs of the game than story and since something like this doesn't help in playing the game i doubt it'll be well received on Arqade

The manga was rather short lived. As far as I can remember the premise was that there was a club at a high school and they were going on and making an anime. They participated on a competition but didn't win it (If I recall properly) but that didn't dampen their spirit, as they kept going at it.
