I don't think it's really that bad as an ID request for a series. Requesting for us to find the exact image the OP is looking for is off-topic, but it's a rather minor change.
In any case, I'd say meme is marginal here. Yes, demotivational posters as a whole are a meme of sorts, but the particular one being referenced isn't really notable. So knowledge of memes wouldn't really help you answer the question.
