It's really unfortunate that, for the entire genre of action harem LN adaptations, the enjoyment depends almost solely on how terrible the protag decides to make things. Sure, plenty of them do fine, but just as many shows that should have been decent are ruined by terrible protags.

Anyway my vote for worst anime goes to Vampire Holmes. It looks like it's from the 1980s, which wouldn't be a problem except it was made this year.

Vampire Holmes is also a "comedy" unlike most other "terrible" anime. When an action/drama show is terrible, you can laugh at it, but when a comedy is bad, you're just sitting there face-palming for the whole episode.

Anyway, there's probably other worse shows, but right now, that's the single show I'd least like to watch again of everything I've seen.

For me, the show never went into the "so bad it's good" territory, unlike most famously terrible anime. It was just "so bad it's really bad" the whole time.

@MichaelMcQuade I can't give you a precise time frame for that — I am not aware of one myself. However, I can tell you it will happen (cc: @LoganM). A design for this site that pleases everyone is way harder to accomplish than the designs that have been jumping ahead in the queue (Raspberry Pi, Crypto, Code Review, etc.), and that is why it has been taking the design team a while to get to it.

@JNat what's to say that we don't keep getting jumped by easy sites to design forever?

I imagine we're always going to be harder to design a site for than whatever the newest graduated tech site is, which are already coming in faster than the design team can handle (and have been for years).

Not that I really mind not having a site design, as I've said before.

I get your point, @LoganM. The design team has been overloaded for a long time, which is why so many sites that should have designs by now don't have them yet. However, as you possibly have noticed, a lot of new designs have been coming out in these past few months, since the design team has been trying to finally get rid of the site-design backlog despite having to work on other stuff at the same time. As I mentioned, I really can't give an estimate of when our site's design would be ready.

Yeah, I know that they're making good progress on other sites.

But given the design team's efforts, I don't expect it to take much longer — that is, compared to what we've waited for so far.

I also know that we've been waiting longer than any other site, including 9 that have gotten designs since. And there's still 11 more (counting us) to get designs.

When we entered the "queue" there were like 5 sites total in it, and the other 4 have gotten designs. We haven't, and the backlog is now up to 11 sites even with the work of the design team, and most of those still seem easier than us to design.

Anyway, all I'm saying is that from what I can see, the evidence doesn't really point to it happening especially soon, so we shouldn't get our hopes up too much. But I guess after waiting 2 years that's pretty obvious anyway.
