Since then, I started sleeping my computer over night and while at work.

I also replaced one of the video cards with a shittier one that used less power.

I only need my middle and top monitors to have full GPU power. The ones on the sides don't matter. They only need to support Aero.

Initially, I had two dual-slot video cards - each pulling 150W at full power.

I cut that in half by getting rid of one.

But I'm starting to feel the pain of having such shitty cards.

The main card (GTS-250) can't really handle the more intensive games. And it's so old that the drivers clash with the other card. If I upgrade the drivers, the other card stops working.

Yes, there absolutely should be. However, it's complicated by the fact that there are 2 very different types of ID requests: those with images/video and those with only memories. For questions, it's (rather bizarrely) enforced by close voting because a small number of notable high-rep users on this site were not satisfied with letting the community decide on the quality of questions with their votes and only policing those questions which fundamentally require action, not just questions lacking certain (somewhat irrelevant) aspects.

I'm not sure what's wrong with using the current version. It's not "official", but basically nothing on meta is official anyway.

Especially with regards to how people vote on questions and answers, the only policy is "don't vote serially". Everything else is just suggestions.

How would you classify a title like "Kangaroo no Tanjoubi"? It's not a romaji version of "カンガルーの誕生日", because that'd be "Kangaruu no Tanjoubi" (or maybe ALL CAPS or all lower case). It's not English, because "Tanjoubi" isn't English. Is it a mashup of English and Japanese?
