At the end of episode 6 se appears next to her tomb and both main characters seem to see her.
So either there really are ghosts in SAO or she was alive, and if she was alive, why didn't she appear anywhere else later, etc? The story was left open so ambiguously that now my brain is bleeding.
just thinking, one thing that's talked about with computers and AI is that they can't actually create Art but what if Identity Avatars or whatever you call them is Art but we just can't see it as art because it's only recognized as art by other computers, just like how art is to us not everyone agrees that something is art or not

@Memor-X Some are fanmade. There is at least one which was done by an official studio. None of them had expressed permission of ZUN though, and none are canon.
@LoganM since when are anime adaptation cannon to begin with lol, does the manga count as cannon? also what's the official studio one, worth a look right
@Memor-X Anime is often canon. In some cases, like Madoka, it's the original version of the story. In others it's not, but it's still officially licensed and has a certain level of guaranteed compatability with the original works.
For Touhou, there are canon manga series which are either created or endorsed by ZUN, but no anime, and there probably never will be.
@LoganM i did say anime adaptations which meant ones based off manga and light novels, like Accel World, Bodacious Space Pirates (AKA Mometsu Pirates), Dream Eater Merry (AKA Yumekui Merry), but i though Madoka had a manga it was based off from

@JNat It's not bad. Not as good as Toradora (same author), and they've recently been focused a lot more on plot which I've just ignored for the most part. When they do have comedy bits it's pretty good though.
@LoganM Well, try the first epi. If you don't like it, you probably won't enjoy the rest, so drop it. The first one gives you a nice idea of what type of series it is, IMO.

still, i don't trust bitcoin, it's just another currency which floats like $US, $AUS and Yen and from what i keep hearing in the news it's value is just getting higher so once upon a time you could get them cheaply but now it's like 1 bitcoin = $100 and i doubt that's shares cause why would you have shares in a currency
@LoganM besides the point, if the value of 1 bit coin is $100 (say $US) and and you could buy an $80 game with bitcoins, then you would expect the game to cost 0.8 Bitcoins. if the value keeps going up that value should keep coming down, 2 problems with that
1) it's misleading as most people would think "wow, less than 1 bit coin, that's like 1 [INSERT LOWEST CURRENCY AMOUNT YOU CAN GET IN COIN]"
2) people are naturally greedy so at some point when the value is quite high people are going to only allow you to buy a minimum despite the fact you can get it and use it fractionally, after all, while it costs Adobe nothing to allow Australians to but their suite for the same price as the US they insist to have it so expensive that you could fly to the US, pick up a physical copy and fly back with change

@Memor-X I've seen enough on Area 51 to know that proposals like this generally get closed after a couple of days. I'm holding off on VTCing myself for now, but only because I'm waiting for 2 or 3 others to do so first.

Yes. Mods used to be able to delete accounts that were arbitrarily big until someone on M.SE accidentally deleted gone. Apparently reconstructing that was so much work that they just got rid of mod deletions of accounts with lots of contributions entirely.
Amusingly he'll finally be unsuspended soon, though I'm pretty sure he won't be coming back regardless.
@Memor-X It's a really long story, but basically what happened is that he was suspended, and in response he decided to leave the site entirely and switched his name to "gone". Several months later a mod accidentally thought that meant he wanted his account deleted.
Also note that if he were not suspended he'd have around 100k rep, maybe more. I can't check right now since Data explorer is offline.
He was also a mod at one point and some stuff happened then which really set off the conflicts between him and the other mods. But it would take a very long time to explain so I'd rather not.
@LoganM if you average 2000 of his answers with 5 up-votes (thus 50 points each) then exactly 100k, given that's just 2000 answers with 5 up-votes he would be much higher as you have some with 130 up-votes

If you look at all of his answers, he has roughly 22 pages of answers with 5+ net score, out of 78 total. His median net score per answer is 2.
@Santa I don't remember too well actually. That was a period that I wasn't really paying much attention to M.SE. I think he was elected as a mod in May 2012 (he had been suspended several times prior to that). They got rid of him as a mod sometime later because he literally did not believe that there should be any moderation. I've forgotten why now (may or may not be related), but there was some reason that he was also suspended in December 2012 for a year.
@LoganM was just about to comment about that, anyway, that one 130 up vote answer can give a vote to every answer < 5 up-votes, next highest 4 sequentially can give up up-votes to all < 5 up vote answer after each iteration (remembering that once an answer has 5 upvotes it can be ignored next iteration)and then you'll have every answer with 5 up-votes, that'\s only using the top 5 answers
