@Sakamoto Is this on topic? I'd guess not, as it's more about browsing the intertubes than anime. But it could be seen the same as asking for a legal streaming site (whatever we decided about that).
How do I vote that something is off-topic because it's just not about anime & manga? I click off-topic and the only options are that it belongs somewhere else, that it's asking about creating anime/manga, or a custom reason.

In the Bloody Monday Manga, in Chapter 3, the protagonist hacks several computers and uses P2P technology as a front to force them to decrypt a certain file.
Can this also be applied in the real world, and has such a event actually happened before?
Actually, that question is about downloading screenshots of anime. I was going to write that it's OT because it's about using video software, but he's even lazier than that. He doesn't even want to take his own screenshots, he wants to pirate them from somewhere.

Speaking of flags @Krazer, is this an answer or not an answer? It got NAA flags, which I counterflagged since IMO it is an answer, just not a very good one. Just checked in my flag history and my counterflag is listed as disputed (meaning that the NAA flags were correct) but the post is still around.
