my first anime was either Evangellion on late night SBS starting from that Diamond Angel that they had to use that special cannon to hit OR is was DiC Sailor Moon first on Cheese TV on Ten or The Breakfast Show on Seven
So I found this image as someone's twitter profile image and I couldn't figure out from which anime this girl was. I've tried the reverse image engines such as tinEye, Saucenao, Google etc. But none of them return anything.
If anyone can offer any help I'd appreciate it.
This is a "remake" of my previous answer, What is this called, where did it come from, why did it decrease in use? I've always loved this when it shows up. I know it's technically cheap but it has so much comedic potential.
