It's been years since I last watched Index, but during the fight between Accelerator and Kihara Amata, I seem to vaguely recall Amata dispersing Accelerator's tornado tendril things with a high-pitched noise of some sort
was this ever explained?
possibly in the novels?
what if the thing Amata used was some variant of Capacity Down? (just wildly speculating here)

i have Index and Railgun Season 1 but having seen Railgun yet but i read the manga of it up to Accelerator showed up and Kuroko was testing if the Kisaka she was talking to was the real one by teleporting her panties off
@ahiijny yeh i remember it well because it shows a) Kuroko's process of working out if a Misaka is a SISTER and b) she's a masochist because quite sure she met a SISTER, they didn't react like Misaka so she took pleasure in that she was electrocuted for taking Misaka's panties
