i hate it when they only list the good parts of a product. Like... it's very unlikely that a new product is completely better than a previous one, otherwise they would replace it, not just make a new branch...
That being said, I wanna know the bad parts of firefox quantum too... I mean, will I be able to use my plugins and shit?
@Gao ugh I'm applying for this startup for devops and they require me to deal with spark, dc/os, kubernetes and ignite thing and ugh yeah I'm researching and will spin up some VMs and play with them

there's no clear topical distinction between images, it's all just "popular"
you could only browse specific subreddit submissions on imgur by typing /r/subredditname at the end of imgur's url, but that's limited to only what users upload to imgur
reddit started phasing out imgur in favor of their own hosting and that's when imgur complerely sunk into the depths
@Avery I think we more or less want smart people who know things about the area of expertise on SE but like we also have a few recreational sites like anime here, movies and … (had to look up all our sites here for a minute) and I don't think others are as loosely qualified as "expert" sites coz roleplaying games is kind of a serious biz, music is a classical artform and video games are very much established as a business
memes seem to be on the outer rim of "expert" topic spectrum
I think know your memes site already does it better than SE could ever allow
and I don't wanna see influx of the audience mainly interested in memes into other SE sites
@Yuuki yeh it's one of my pet peeves. yes i am not fluent myself or even japanese and i am well aware that some japanese words do sound english but it just irks me that people who try that don't ever try to correct themselves

you don't have to but when you do you get fined for not voting
and this was an optional vote aswell
so now as we have to wait for is the government to pass legislation....which they did say they would do for a yes vote so if they don't they will get a huge backlash for wasting taxpayer money and time with this survey
