Yes, recently there have been some. None that should have been validated, but a few did anyway because if you spam enough flags some will get through.

The impression I got is that SE designers don't really find it helpful for us to make very concrete suggestions until they have a prototype design ready.

we know userscripts, but not the site themes

looks like none of my attempts to encourage/find people who could make a theme have worked so far

Before that, they're looking for rather general suggestions, like "avoid focusing too much on any one genre" more than concrete ideas like "badges should be represented as sweat bubbles"

idk what else could be important

I like light green, pink, and yellow color schemes, but that's likely to be somewhat controversial

I know programming site users could use a switch to "dark" theme coz a lot of coders like it over white blinding screen

I suppose the mood should be bright, but not too agitating

We'll probably end up with something uncontroversial like mostly blue/red with black text on a white background
