An average TV show airing now will probably pull in more than that, and plenty of older mecha have more. I guess the number is underestimated some since it aired before MAL started, but still, I wouldn't call it popular.

When I download stuffs, the link is saturated, and the computer is slowed down, so I can't watch anything

I also need to move the data into ext HDD, which takes quite a lot of time

Why not directly download it to the ext hdd?

Each of them has pros and cons, but MySQL has a terrible out of the box configuration

With what I've learned and read, in my experience a mysql server is the easiest to set up, though I guess if I read more into the other types, it'll probably become easier as well, but with a PHP site, a mysql server is probably easier, since I don't know if sql server runs on linux distros

I don't know, personally, I've set it up once, but I don't know if it was a good configuration

Shortly after that we switched to linux VMs, so I haven't had much time to check it out, nor have I compared anything of it

So I can't say for sure if it has any differences from default

You need to fiddle with SQL_MODE, encoding, auto-update timestamp setting on a fresh install of MySQL

But yeah, some default mysql settings are... less than ideal, I must agree, I can't name them off the top of my head, but I remember scratching my head at a few when I configured them a while ago
