@Borgleader it's almost like the Hyperdimension Neptunia App on a huge Android Tablet cause i know Neptune and Noire follow your finger if you have it on the screen but to know knowledge NISA has yet to release it on Android, only difference is that it's using Augmented Reality to get what the camera is seeing and place the girl in the chair....i wonder if their using an AR Card for the placement

@Memor-X I've been slacking off, but a year ago I was almost at JLPT N1 level, which is basically fluent.

It's pretty useful for anime and other stuff, but the real reason why I'm learning Japanese is that there's a decent chance I'll end up working in Japan if I keep my current trajectory.

@LoganM i want to learn how to read japanese fluently so i can play more games, Canvas, Canvas 2 Fan Disk and Canvas 3 i don't see being translated, Eushully's Battle Goddess series it too old for anyone to try and translate and the Sono Hanabira translations are going too slow 8 done out of 10 with an 11th and an entirely separate Sono Hanabira series which is set outside the school the girls attends

Battle Goddess would be impossible to translate. It's just way too big a task, since you'd have to start at the beginning and go through a bunch of games to get to the really good ones.

@Memor-X Genrin no Kishougun 1 and 2 also fit in the Ikusa Megami series, and there's Ikusa Megami 2. I think there are others, but I don't really know.

As for Canvas 2 FD, you can probably get away with a machine translation if you know some Japanese. They're not very good for grammar, but they're alright if you already know Japanese and just don't know all the vocab. I don't remember Canvas 2 FD well enough to say, but most fandisks don't have much of a story so you're usually okay with the machine translations.

@LoganM most of Eushully's games do but i don't think you need them all, Genrin no Kishougun is kinda iffy with me to think of playing anyway "i'll provide you with all the magic you need so long as you don't take my virginity"...or something close to that, don't like how that sounds

@Memor-X I only know a bit about Eushully chronology, so I don't really know what's important and what isn't. The only ones I've played were Kamidori and SnA.

@LoganM Kamidori was my first too, saw Yuela with the God Slayer Armour in the CG Gallery and though it was someone else, learned about the Ikusa Megami and though that she was the guy/girl in it however then i learned that it was a cameo of that character, realized it when i notice that in the CG Gallery the girl has Yuela's eyes, also wanted to know more about this war the gods were in

@Krazer Huh, that's a pretty neat demo. This reminds me of something I was in 3DWorld magazine, it was an anime series but it wasn't drawn, it was all 3d being rendered with special shaders.

@ton.yeung i'll check it out while Katahane is installing which will take a while since i got to apply the update/patch/move to visual novel folder/chnage locale back to English which will take a decent 20 minutes, with Canvas 2 completed i plan to have a slight break of heart jerks before i play Clanned

As for the other ones you mentioned, the other Canvas games are probably a lost cause, since they don't have much of an English-speaking fanbase. The Sono Hanabira ones will probably get finished eventually, but it's hard to say when. Also, there actually is a translation project for Ikusa Megami Zero, but the head says that they need more translators. I'd do it myself if I had the time, but honestly if I'm going to be working on a VNTL team I have higher priorities than that one.

@LoganM which is why i want to be able to read japanese fluently, so i don't have to rely on fan bases, also being able to read fluently would also help being able to understand it fluently which means i will no longer be bound to English releases of any anime/manga/light novels

@LoganM with Ikusa Megami Zero it would explain why it's last news post was last year, well, when Fate/Hollow Ataraxia gets done and cleaned up some of the translators might shift over, i can only pray to the Mordrid for that

@Krazer is that a moveable body which can interact with people, there are truck loads of figures for the Vocaloids but what i was talking about was putting Miku and any of the Vocaloids into robot bodies so they can actually interact within the world

@ton.yeung oh yeh, forget about my anime list....i did try it a while ago but it it was horrid to use, i tried adding Code Geass several times for it not to be added...ofcause that was like a year and a half ago so i might check it out to see if it's improved
