One thing I may have overlooked is how the pool of eligible Qs is limited. But then i do seem to misunderstand the algo. Has an eligible Q to be among the top 200, measured in upvotes? Given that @DoctorWhom has a fairly short recent answer on aspirin that thread might also make a nice candidate.
