I have changed my mind about the network address, I do not think you can listen on it. Well you can, I tried it, but I could not connect. I tried listening on 127.0.0.0 and connecting on 127.0.0.1 and 127.0.0.0 and 127.0.0.12. (This does not affect the answer, only this conversation.)
