what drives me nuts about the OpenID documentation is it gives no clue what thing you need to put in the box when you want to use it is supposed to look like

or if it does, I can never find it. Pages and pages of stuff and I can't find the only thing I need

I think it gives you a username in that form if you don't have an account... but I am Zanna if I log in with Stack Exchange account... only that usually doesn't work - I click the login with Stack Exchange button and it drops me on the SEDE homepage without giving me a chance to enter my credentials... sometimes, it logs me in and drops me on the homepage, sometimes not!

That reminds me of something I was wondering about. Does everyone with a Stack Exchange account (like, an account on any SE site) also have a Stack Exchange OpenID?

I don't know! I originally used my Launchpad OpenId to log in, and only created a Stack Exchange account for login a few months ago

...and also giving a Python solution, and comparing its speed to the other methods, using this as an opportunity to explain how avoiding repeated forking and execing to run mv for each file is important for performance?

Seriously though, I was thinking of doing that, but I've posted two answers already, and I am also not totally sure that can all be done in a normal sized answer. I am not envisioning a Brobdingnagian post of the sort I have sometimes made. If you don't want to do it, perhaps you could help me out and I'll make it CW, or vice versa? But I think you should totally do it...
