This is a major setback for basically the jurors now only have to decide whether Fox knowingly disseminated those blatant "CRYSTAL" clear lies.

So, I guess based on this refrain, they are virtually barred to argue on the basis of first amendment. Or is there something else?

The way I think about it is based on everything I have seen with them appearing to do everything they could to prevent people making those claims from being fact checked it only mean they knew it wasn't true

And trying to hide the truth to keep their fans happy also sounds like it is hiding the truth to hurt who their fans don't like

Speaking of Trump, his lawyer updated on his possible mugshot...
