If you are at spawn and looking for nether portal, then there's an above ground one and one in the nether cave. The cave entry is near the two tall pillars of cobblestone
If you are looking for a quick way to the end portal, you go to the nether and then go through the tunnel which takes you under the stronghold.
That tunnel was built courtesy of yours truly
If you are looking for my hidden portal, you're out of luck.
Because I won't tell you where it is
Other than that, there shouldn't be any other portals you can find
