in D:OS (which I am about to finish my playthrough of), there was some kind of glitch involving a very heavy chest that they dropped on enemies repeatedly
Yep, IIRC correctly, you can put a box inside of another box, so with enough boxes and random crap, you can have incredibly heavy boxes do a lot of damage
Also, Into the Breach's implementation of Ice Mines bothers me. Charging beetles don't trigger them when charging through. This can be handwaved away but discovering this at the cost of 100 civilians pissed me right off
Our rogue has charm knives w/ poison damage, and the archer can craft nearly unlimited charm arrows. But we can rarely do enough magic damage for it to matter
i don't want to know... I'm actually a little annoyed about how much loot / paintings / etc. there is around to sell. I really don't like the inventory management in this game
Other great things: Sneko giving you an entire hand of 3 costed cards; drawing 5 defends/skills when you need to do 1 damage; Getting the "Double chest relics" at the last chest
