@NathanMerrill I understand why people would be making those complaints, but I don't agree with them. Their focus was always to showcase speedrunning and raise money for charity. They haven't changed in that regard - they've only improved. They have top speedrunners for some runs (like ZFG for Ocarina of Time and GrandPooBear for Super Dram World 2), but they also take into account how entertaining the various runners are, and what runs were submitted.

And sub-only chat was a massive improvement over the usual Twitch chat experience on any relatively-popular stream

@MartinEnder I believe the sub money went towards event costs, with any extra going towards charity. I could be wrong, though.
