@allesia_b That post has some pretty severe formatting issues. Your edit didn't really address those issues. Personally, I maybe would have accepted the edit, but I understand why someone might have rejected it.

@XanderHenderson ah, I thought \times was ok instead of * which disappeared in the format. I didn't know that the 32 points needed to be in code style.

@allesia_b I don't know that the needed to be in a codeblock, but it seemed obvious to me that the user way copy-pasting from code, thus a codeblock seemed most appropraite.
But if you are going to assume that it should be math, then code like 123$\times$10$^{-4}$ is incorrect. It should be typeset as $123\times 10^{-4}$. The problem with this, in the given context, is that it would have taken quite a lot of work to get all of the braces done right.

@XanderHenderson Yes, you're right. That was directly from code, a copy-paste. For some reason I didn't think on using code style..
@XanderHenderson aha. Actually it was 123$\times 10^{-6}$ the MathJax was needed on \times and ^
