Suggestion #25: Deduplicate by equality predicate (100% original :P)

@cairdcoinheringaahing all suggestions from Enlist chat apply here too - FWIW, Cthulhu is dead. I decided to give up the project since the coding style was really bad. I will make a new language eventually, not sure how I am going to call it.
