@Memor-X i was aware of COBOL but never bothered to dig into it. I can expect anyone working in government sector should be well versed with the language the entire system is based on.
But who I am asking. They are IT geniuses. Tech bros. They know everything. We are mere mortals.

Technically it's not actually even associated with COBOL. That was the standard convention then.
