@Wipqozn reason why i like our Preferential Vote, if your first choice doesn't win then it becomes "well if that candidate never ran, who would you have voted for then" and keeps looping the same question as it does down the preference list
but ofcause when you see results like that you can see the party in control has zero motivation to want to change the voting system

Looks like an accident, as usual, but someone's going to get a stern talking to
Might need a fresh pair of pants after being buzzed by two jets too
@TimStone Just a stern talking to, or also a fine?
I assume it's dependent on various factors including how quickly they realised they were being escorted out of the area and how angry some federal agent is that they have to do this shit on a Saturday

Yeah they probably got
"small aircraft at <position>, this is the United States Air Force on Guard, you are entering restricted airspace. Turn <direction> immediately or you may be fired upon."
Fun fact
FAA regulations reserve the word "immediately" over frequency for situations that pose an imminent danger, such as a traffic alert, a low altitude alert, or a "you may be fired upon" alert ("Low altitude alert <callsign> check your altitude immediately, minimum vectoring altitude in your area <MVA>", "Traffic alert <callsign, traffic information> advise you <suggested control instructions, usually a turn and an altitude change, for example "turn right and climb"> immediately")

Or at least that's the guidance in the 7110, I don't remember if you're legally required not to say immediately in other cases
In the same way that you're not allowed to say "takeoff" unless you are actually clearing someone for takeoff ("after departure" not "after takeoff")
That's fully right out after Tenerife
A transmission cannot have "cleared ... takeoff" unless the "..." is "for"
And I guess it's not the same actually since you can clear someone for immediate takeoff, and the only real consequence for delayed action is the guy on final will have to go around
