@Nzall So there's a government agency that has to approve the labels put on beer bottles, I assume to make sure it verifies with Food and Drug Administration laws. Because the government is shut down right now, that agency isn't approving labels. Because of this, the brewery is unable to sell their beer

So I suspect they're attempting to sue for lost profits

I guess what they're saying is that while in ordinary circumstances, the constraint on free speech (that the agency has to approve labels) is acceptable, but it becomes unacceptable when that approval is being indefinitely withheld

By not approving any labels, they are effectively banning that form of speech

@Wipqozn Well, the two are separate questions. The Brexit deal vote was "Do you like this deal?" whereas the vote of no confidence would be "Do you have a better idea?".

Nobody really has a good answer to the Brexit question right now. Or at least not one that's really politically viable by their own estimates.

So someone attempted to fake a tweet from Clemson's star QB to praise the White House.
