> Last year, Canadians made more than 42 million same-day or overnight trips to the United States.
I feel like the solution to this is to just boycott the USA, and once their businesses take a huge profit loss, I'm sure the government will change its policy
SCOOP: The TRUMP campaign is marketing its database of 20M supporters' personal data for rent to campaigns, PACs & even private businesses. It appears to be the 1st time a sitting @POTUS facing reelection has partnered with a list broker to do this. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/13/us/politics/trump-political-data.html
@TimStone supporters as in voters? like his base? the same base that would be horrified to learn that the government is selling their personal information for profit?
@GodEmperorDune The headline reads to me that they're not impressed by the googly eyes, but it sounds like they're less impressed by the city feeling like they're going "DROP EVERYTHING TIL WE KNOW WHO DID IT"
Exclusive: We obtained confidential documents showing Jared Kushner's personal finances from 2009-2016. Despite earning millions of dollars, he appears to not have paid federal income taxes in most of those years. @JesseDrucker @FlitterOnFraud (1/5) http://nytimes.com/2018/10/13/business/jared-kushner-taxes.html
> The result: Mr. Kushner is getting tax-reducing losses for spending someone else’s money, which is permitted under the tax code. Depreciation deductions are available in other industries, but they generally don’t get to take losses related to spending with borrowed money.
@TimStone reports are they arrested all three victims

That's right. That is Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnis brandishing a sword to threaten counter-protesters. This came after he did a speech celebrating a Japanese fascist who murdered a leftist leader, hosting by the GOP. This is 4th degree LARPing. https://twitter.com/nathanTbernard/status/1051144647865716736
Apparently he brought and used this sword in his speech to reenact this murder, for the entertainment of the republican party in attendance and hosting
Many of these people couldn't pull off what their tough guy act implies if they didn't have the protection of the group & police, so their whole persona is LARPing as a "badass"
I'm disturbed and disgusted by last night's attacks involving the so-called "Proud Boys." Hate has no place in New York. This warrants immediate and thorough investigation by the NYPD to bring the perpetrators to justice. Anyone with information should call 1-800-577-TIPS.
