It's not completely uncommon for these arrangements to involve a financial transaction from what I've understood, which is a boon for parents who were already taken by drug abuse and what have you

@GodEmperorDune I've also read an article of a company that was like, we were going to do a huge steel -related industry thing in the US, but if this tariff happens, we won't. So we'll wait for a bit now. This was talking about an investment of hundreds of millions.
