florida's nickname is "the sunshine state" but the state govt is heavily biased against solar power for political reasons

i remember hearing something about them trying to make it so only power companies could have solar panels (and not consumers), but that was a ballot initiative and failed

@Ronan to be fair, having solar panels be able to switch has a bunch of technical issues
