I’m voting to close this question because a "need" is something intrapersonal (something that exists within your mind only). Interpersonal skills are behaviors you use while interacting with others, and while someone's interpersonal skills can be based on intrapersonal stuff, identifying your needs in a specific situation is sadly purely intrapersonal, and not something this site can answer, or which suits the topic of this site.
