As Ælis said, if your only question is "can I safely do this", that is primarily opinion based and will likely get closed. Asking how to do it is definitely closer to being on-topic, but I would caution against asking how to phrase things, as those types of questions are also not great fits here. What we can help with is how you communicate the information. What I mean by that is things like the tone of your message and the "extra" information that you communicate when you say things. Yes. In July when we move to the new rooms, I’ll be using it. So not for sale. Rooms are too small to accommodate two coolers. Whenever people leave for summer vacations, they put all the luggage in a locked room safeguarded by the management but they don’t put coolers in those rooms. I read this a couple of times and still don't understand this question. Can you try to imaginine you are someone not knowing anything about this situation and reading your text? Your second doctor is ok - but demeaning? The only confidential thing is you but you want to get help so why not share helpful information between professionals? As an aside (not part of my actual question, more of a separate discussion topic): is that question really the right one to show there? There was another site with no eligible questions they were willing to showcase, that created an artificial question with an artificial vote count just to have a good question for the page. @ankiiiiiii If the person is new there, they might not know. You should simply go talk to them and retrieve your cooler from them. That should clear everything up. If they ask you if they may use it, say you need it soon and don't want to risk breaking it. — stimulate 1 min ago
