@Noon remember that !!/howgood has absolutely no connection to the stored regexes. So you don't need to !!/add before you howgood. This also means that when someone does !!/howgood ips a chatty:2 they may actually mean to be looking at the regex chatty:2. So implementing something like that would be difficult.

Also deletes happen rarely enough and should be done with some care, so I think making you type find the full regex first is good design. If you have a different idea, you should submit a Feature Request (FR) on the github: github.com/thesecretmaster/ips-comment-bot/issues

Also also I think you may have broken rescan by referencing a deleted comment...that may have been something I forgot to protect against
