I would expect that if a post with this topic is posted on meta, the OP could at least explain why they think it would be better to start a new project rather than participate in already existing ones.
@MartinSleziak perhaps they felt that because people are "more responsive" here it would be more like a traditional university experience, but didn't realize the reason we close so many questions (what he explained away as being 1% suppressing the majority) is actually the fact that SE's goal is the same as those other sites in the sense that they are trying to build a repository of knowledge. The massive course sites do it as a presenter driven provision of knowledge, while SE is learner driven
but hopefully we'll know more for sure tomorrow when the OP can come back
@aminliverpool I believe that at this current date it is impossible. But isn't ridiculous that in next years or decades it happened that eventually a group of students and professor had to implement this because of a war, poverty or natural catastrophe, with the subsequent need to legitimize their studies with attention to their government.
Also isn't ridiculous that there could be other causes that historically lead to your dream, for example that a student will post a solution of a great unsolved problem (a black swan event, since it will draw the attention of a large number of people and means), or the legacy (the reputation scored) of top users.
Isn't required a response of this message, good week and good luck.
