Actually, the minimum bounty is +50 (duh) because if people want to reward the answer more because they like it, they'd have to do min +100 the next time, so no set amount. Depends on how much bounty-giver wants to give. That could potentially be biased but I hope it won't cause too many issues.
I don't think it will be too much of an issue, as long as the bounty-givers aren't selfish with their rep, and since they (you) signed up voluntarily to do this, I trust them (you) to not be :P
