On this site? I've already suspended someone for it back in January. On other sites like SO and MSE it's a much bigger problem though.
Oh, also one in December.
But that's about it for IPS (that has been discovered so far).

I also feel like direct GPT copypastes would be easy to spot, but if used for what i use them for at work - as a guideline/template to be altered then they may be a lot harder to weed out
