@MiG We use sea salt mostly! We're from the south! We have oceans... wait they do too...

oh, it's not used as a full on replacement for regular salt, just as a seasoning agent :)
and yeah, I'm aware... we have a jar of that stuff in the cupboard here :x

Like oil (we use gingelly oil - there's other preferred native oils of choice)
