8:07 AM
It's that time of day again... morning!

1 hour later…
9:36 AM
@Tinkeringbell Afternoon!

How's life?

9:55 AM
About the same

10:10 AM
hmm...

2 hours later…
12:04 PM
i'd say 'good morning all' but it is not a good morning because i only slept about three hours last night smile

Ugh..
That sucks.

yee just couldn't fall asleep
so much fun
@ExtrovertedMainMan this sounds like BPD more than NPD if i'm perfectly honest

I know the feeling. Had a lot of those nights lately.

i'm sorry to hear :( for me its been jsut the one

Morning! I have a holiday today (Yay!) but was going to have to dial in for 3 meetings that I couldn't avoid (Boo!) but two of those have been cancelled (Yay!)

12:09 PM
sounds like a lot of ups and downs lol

Last week of work for me, before I have three weeks of. Hoping to get the last bits of cleaning and moving done this week as well, so I can enjoy three full weeks of nothing XD

12:38 PM
The washing instructions from my new sheets are a gem XD
"Wash instruction to enjoy this quality product for a long time".
Throws paper with instructions in the washing machine, finds new sheets covered in wet paper bits...
"Wash your fitted sheet the first few times with a overdose of fluid washing detergent"
Sure, I'll put in enough that there's so many bubbles the machine can't contain them!
"This is for the well-being of the product"
I'll get it a psychiatrist as well, then?

lol
There's a japanese dollar stone chain with instructions like that

"Don't put more that 2,5 to 3 kg in your washing machine.", "When you use a dryer, than use a low drying temperature"
Just some spelling errors too.

I often say half the joy is in the bad engrish

@JourneymanGeek I'm pretty sure someone just Dunglished their way through translating the Dutch instructions, which are actually pretty good!

@Tinkeringbell funny story there...

12:47 PM
"We wish you many pleasure with your purchase!"

My dad uses laundry sheets rather than soap, our washing machine came with them, and its 'easier'... only we need to order them online...

Still sounds okay? We order our detergent online too, it's cheaper.

there was a period where we couldn't find any and I bought a chinese knockoff that... left little pieces of paper in the wash...

Ahhh
Yeah, that's no good XD

Someone suggested washing the dog's bedding with it and... "woof" ....
that was a no...

12:49 PM
Still better than cactus though.

why would you wash clothes with a cactus?

Because there was a dead cactus put on top of the machine by my brother, and mom didn't notice it got stuck to the laundry when she put it in XD

ah
so it was a clean dead cactus?

It fell to bits. So, imagine underpants, but with needles everywhere XD

.... ow

12:50 PM
I spent a week picking out needles from my favorite shirt.
It survived!

(and heh, we do pocket checks in my house cause I'm forgetful and leave tissue or coins in my pocket)

Oh, same here. Dad and brother are notorious for keeping screws or other metal bits and tissues in their pockets too.

._.
that's me :D
I also used to have a habit of picking up anything useful or interesting and pocketing it...

Heh, yeah, that was me as a kid. Rocks, mainly.

1:23 PM
Morning.

@Tinkeringbell Wait, how many pleasure?
@JourneymanGeek For me it was just kleenex.

@Sarov 42 I guess

Better than 34.

1:36 PM
Only if its a rule.

1:52 PM
^

4 hours later…
5:43 PM
Sigh... I've already figured out: the heat pump sucks. Came here, only to find that the hot tap water isn't at 60 degrees like I asked it, but at a mere fifty... No cleaning for me until that is heated up again :/

6:22 PM
@Tinkeringbell ...C or F?
C sounds really hot, F sounds way too cold.
K sounds like you're dead.

6:35 PM
TFW it's blatantly obvious a few of your acquiantances insist on celebrating your birthday when you don't really care about either them or the birthday itself.
(The blatantly obvious part refers to them trying to make it a surprise.)

7:05 PM
@Sarov C of course. Really hot cleaning water is best: it leaves less stripes imo
Now I spent three times the effort because it's wet cloth, damp cloth, and two dry clothes just to get everything clean and stripeless. If the water was hot enough, I could've stopped after the damp one
And this round of cleaning already sucks because there's construction glue/the stuff they put between tiles everywhere already, including on the tiles where it doesn't belong, and it takes so much time and scrubbing just to get it to go away

Well, could always move back? :P

Haven't moved out yet :P that's planned for Saturday though it may be postponed until Monday

Good luck.

7:22 PM
Fingers crossed.
I think I can get quite far though

'Get far'?

8:02 PM
Get quite a bit finished before Saturday

8:27 PM
Ah.
