Making videos as apology.... is that a cultural thing? Or is it more like social insensitivity of people doing it? A video as apology would for me personally just feel awkward. '^.^

@CaldeiraG yeah, or in writing. I mean an apology means there is somethign to excuse for, that means its not too unlikely having bad emotions towards that person at the moment, so seeing a recording of that person mummling something to their phone would just intensify these emotions rather than really calming me. But as said, that might be personal to me ^^

It's often a bit difficult to know what tag to use in a question, especially on a site like IPS. So, what are the important information, in questions related to interpersonal interaction, that should be shown in tags?

Q: Referring Askers to other SE sites?

Are there any rules on referring Askers to other SE sites where their question might be equally or more appropriate? I've done so in comments several times. Sometimes the comment stays, other times not. I'd like to understand the rules on this.

@Ælis oof yea I'd probably remove that one. It seems a little too harsh (to the point of being unkind if taken out of context given the history of your interactions with that user). My best advice would be to just not engage (that's my take)

Should someone's suspension concern me?

A recent one. As fas as I can see the discussion in comments, nothing is wrong. if that was the sole reason.

@ankiiiiiii it's going ok :) I am on bug duty for my team this week, so I am currently trying to figure out what is happening in a weird bug report

@EmC so roles change time to time? bug<-> develop <-> document etc

@ankiiiiiii well not exactly. my team is big enough that we get a lot of bugs in a week and often they are mis-categorized, so every week someone gets assigned to keep an eye on the queue and sort them out, but otherwise I'm still doing my regular stuff
