anyway, just saw this vsauce video which had a few interesting morbid anecdotes/facts. (i) apparently media outlets write draft obituaries for famous people before they die (to be prepared), and there have been incidents where they got leaked or accidentally published prematurely (including Steve Jobs, Britney Spears, and Dick Cheney).

(ii) a car accident once killed five university students and put the sixth in a coma. after funerals, the coma patient work up, and it turns out they confused her with one of the deceased, so the funeral had taken place for the wrong girl. that out-of-coma girl later got married in the same church where her funeral was held.
