the only custom hierarchy that I seen that is usable is in Hybrid, because it's actually simplified, not made more complex... and even then it is one line of code to toggle it off and not use

Nice! I've had to work with Carrington Framework with a client for almost a year and I had to create a function just to see what template was being including...not counting the nested content templates like excerpt/type-videos.php or content/type-articles.php
It does get pretty annoying.

@toscho I sometimes use vim on client work all day. The next day I use my IDE and hit escape and type vim commands to save.

When I paginate through the rows of posts table it seems to lock up and I have to close and re-open. Thing is it only happens on the posts table
I can flick through the options table fine.
I don't know if its because I'm hitting some limit that I need to raise
