No I mean that I don't know if the equation "countries removing restrictions = free world" holds true.
Also yes masks are mandatory in hospitals and public transports.

@JoErNanO we can't go back to our 2019 lives until all the COVID rules are gone. Even if "free" isn't the right word, its definitely a big move towards life as it was 2 years ago
