@JoErNanO oh, some restrictions still remain that aren't mentioned in the article?
yeah sadly here in the US its the same deal - almost all mask mandates are gone but still mandated on planes/airports/public transport for some reason
and they're still playing the pandemic theater for international travel by demanding COVID tests for air arrivals
I'll probably have to wait until my summer EU trip to take my first maskless flight since Feb 2020
