nobody asked for the vuela seguro form when i flew to mexico a couple of months ago (though they did ask for it when i flew within or out of the country, it's basically "do you have covid yes or no" and anyone selfish enough to fly with covid was probably also selfish enough to lie on the form, so it's not clear that it was ever accomplishing anything)
